LivessaHome sells floor-care machines made by Dyson and by BISSELL: cordless and corded vacuums, wet-and-dry floor washers, carpet and upholstery cleaners, robot vacuums, and the tools, brush bars and cleaning formulas their makers state go with them. We are not a manufacturer and we are not either manufacturer’s authorised dealer or service centre.

What we sell, and how we describe it
Every product page names the manufacturer, prints the model or manufacturer part number under Specifications, and lists what is in the box. The specifications themselves — suction, run time, tank sizes, filtration, cleaner head, weight — are the manufacturer’s own published figures, reproduced as stated. Where the manufacturer does not publish a figure, the page says so rather than guessing.

The comparison page puts any two machines side by side. It uses the same figures. It does not convert one brand’s numbers into the other’s: Dyson states suction in Air Watts, BISSELL states motor power in watts or amps, and there is no published way to equate them.

Where a tool or formula names a machine, it is telling you what it fits, as stated by its own manufacturer. It is not a claim that the machine’s maker supplies us or endorses us.

How our pricing works
We list one price per item. There is no crossed-out “was” price and no percentage-off badge, because we have never charged a higher price for these items — a reference price is only honest if the shop actually sold at it.

Delivery and returns in short
Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. Vacuums, washers and carpet cleaners can be returned within 30 days of delivery even if unboxed and tested; parts and consumables must be unopened. Full terms are in our shipping policy and refund policy.

Warranty
Vacuums, washers, carpet cleaners and robots carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. How that warranty is honoured, and whether it depends on the unit being bought through an authorised channel, is set by the manufacturer — check their terms before you buy. We are not an authorised service centre for either manufacturer and we cannot carry out warranty repairs.

Separately from that, if anything we ship arrives damaged, faulty on arrival or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full. That is our own commitment and it applies to everything in the catalogue.
