Privacy policy
LivessaHome, operated by LivessaHome, collects the personal information it needs to take and deliver your order, and nothing it does not need.

What we collect
•    Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and what you ordered. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
•    Account information — if you create an account: your email, password (hashed), and order history.
•    Device information — browser type, IP address, pages viewed, collected through cookies and the analytics built into the store platform.
•    Email list — your email address, only if you opt in, to send a reminder when a bag, filter or pad is due.

How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and tracking confirmations, answer your questions, handle returns, prevent fraud, and — if you opted in — send the parts reminder. You can unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.

Who we share it with
Our store platform, our payment processor, the carrier delivering your order, and the email service that sends our messages — each only receives what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies
The store uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your login, and measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart will not work without them.

Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@livessahome.com. We answer within 30 days. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with the date it took effect.
