Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed with LivessaHome, operated by LivessaHome, 209 City St, San Antonio, TX 78204, United States.

Who we are
LivessaHome is an independent retailer. We buy the products we sell and resell them to you. We have no relationship with Dyson or BISSELL beyond selling products they make.

Products and safety
Cordless vacuums, washers and robots are appliances with lithium-ion batteries; carpet cleaners and washers hold water and, on some models, heat it. Read the manufacturer’s manual before first use, charge only with the supplied charger or dock, do not modify the product, and use wet machines only on the surfaces the manufacturer names. Cleaning formula should be used at the dilution its manufacturer states, only in the machines it is made for, and kept out of reach of children.

Manufacturer warranty
Machines carry the manufacturer’s own warranty on the manufacturer’s terms. We are not an authorised service centre and cannot perform warranty repairs. Using a third-party consumable may affect a manufacturer’s warranty; that is a matter between you and the manufacturer. Our own commitment — replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not as described — applies regardless.

Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD ($) and are shown before tax and shipping unless stated otherwise. The full amount, including shipping and any taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm. Payment is taken when the order is placed. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders
An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot verify the payment — and refund any amount paid.

Product descriptions
Specifications on this site are reproduced from the manufacturer’s published material for each model. Where the manufacturer does not publish a figure, the page says “not stated”. Manufacturers change specifications and box contents between production runs; the manual in the box is the final reference for the unit you receive.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
